Whether you are looking to overcome a challenge, better understand a problem, or change something in your life, therapy can be an ideal place to start. I firmly believe that living your best life and performing to your potential requires more than just a set of concrete skills, you also need a resilient mindset. I have a particular interest helping individuals build their emotional resilience, navigate relationship conflict, work through sport and performance issues and recover from their eating disorders. I work well with clients who are open to feedback and looking to make changes in their routines to better cope with adversity. In my work, I balance acceptance and validation with a strengths based approach to help clients build insight and take steps towards their goals. I prioritize building an authentic therapeutic relationship to help facilitate trust during treatment. I provide informed DBT therapy, CBT and BA treatment. I am a HAES aligned provider. I will make sure we are on the same page before diving into our therapy work. Finding the right therapist can be a challenging task, so it is important you feel like you have a voice during this process! I am a PSYPACT certified provider allowing me to see clients in PSYPACT approved states.
