Julie Braciszewski, PhD, LP is the owner and clinical director of Monarch Behavioral Health, located in Metro Detroit, Michigan. She supports mental wellness, relational connection and positive development with individuals of all ages by integrating research and clinical intervention in outpatient therapy and testing, as well as school and organizational consulting, and media appearances. She and her staff at MBH also strive to provide low to no-cost services through community action and engagement. Dr. Braciszewski is often featured in local radio and news programming, working to de-stigmatize mental health treatment and provide evidence-based insight into every day social and psychological phenomena. After earning her bachelors at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and working for DePaul University in Chicago, IL, Dr. Braciszewski went on to earn her Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Child Development, from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. She then went on to complete internship at an inpatient hospital site, Hawthorn Center in Northville, MI and completed post-doctoral training at The Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University in Providence, RI. Dr. Braciszewski infuses mental health treatment with humor and fun, and is passionate about increasing mental health awareness through community engagement.
