I am a reproductive psychologist that assists people when family building becomes challenging, as it does for 1 in 7 couples. Additionally, I work with those that have experienced pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and perinatal mood issues. Creating or expanding your family is thought to be an easy endeavor, and many are caught unaware when it becomes complicated. Research shows that while stress is not a cause of infertility, going through infertility causes stress.
