He uses family systems theory to help parents improve their child's happiness, judgement, affect regulation and pro-social behavior. He has expertise in gender role issues and men's psychology, and helps men and women be less limited by outdated definitions of masculinity and femininity. He also has experience providing executive coaching to help managers bring out the best in their subordinates.
