Dr. Driver is a practicing psychologist providing general clinical services. He received his undergraduate degree in 1970 from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, majoring in psychology. His experiences within that field of study included research training with diverse classes, and activities with experimental and statistical applications, associated with data analysis and interpretation for psychological assessments and testing. Dr. Driver was trained in the Scientist-Practitioner Model for clinical practice, also known as the Boulder Model. This practice model is supportive of evidence-based practice inclusive of use of data obtained within the scientist-practitioner tradition. Dr. Driver then attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City Campus, where he successfully completed the coursework requited for graduation, and was elected into the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society. He became licensed as a psychologist within the State of Missouri in 1979, while working at the Anna State Hospital and Mental Health Center, where he served as a zone psychologist for a 13-county catchment area. During his stint in this clinical-research facility he assisted with collection of data in research projects where Nathan Azrin was the principal investigator, and consulted with forensic psychologist Stanley Brodsky, at Southern Illinois University. He then returned to The University of Missouri, where he completed the requirements for a degree in counseling psychology. He then served as a member of the Missouri State Committee of Psychologists, prior to enrolling in a Post-Doctorate clinical Master's Program at Fairleigh-Dickenson University, where he attained a degree within Clinical Psychopharmacology. He has worked providing clinical services, in addition to development of psychological personality assessment by developing a comprehensive computer program, for interpretation psychological testing based upon his experience and training as a Scientist-Practitioner
