I am a psychological assistant, my clinical supervisor is Dr. Gregg Baringoldz. If you are a first responder, a Veteran, a caregiver, a mental health worker, a medical professional and/or a worker’s compensation client, I am here for you. I also see teens, college students, couples, service members of United States military, and their spouses. I take a collaborative approach to counseling, working with clients to reach their goals and to find a place of understanding and healing. I specialize in a client-centered approach to therapy and use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for processing and working through trauma.
