I am a New York State licensed psychologist offering psychotherapy via telehealth throughout New York State. I treat individuals struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress management, chronic illness, women’s issues, death and dying, end-of-life, and interpersonal issues. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is a necessary foundation for providing quality care and I am skilled at providing individualized care based on clients’ needs and backgrounds. I have completed over 20 hours of training in telehealth and am committed to continuing education about a variety of issues, including aging, DEI, and telehealth. I am a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), the New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA), and the Psychological Association of Northeastern New York (PANNY). Throughout my training and career, I have provided individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, assessment, teaching, supervision, and career counseling in various settings, as well as consultation in long-term care, assisted living, and rehabilitation settings. My work has included treating a variety of populations, including older adults, college students, individuals with serious mental illness (in inpatient and outpatient settings), and veterans.
