I will endeavor to create a safe and non-judgmental environment in which you may explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences from your life. I believe that change occurs when you are able to understand and accept your experiences in a new way that enables you to make effective life choices. In general, I utilize psychodynamic principles meaning that I integrate past childhood and family history with current issues to fully understand your experience.
