After several personal experiences within my life, along with training and years of clinical practice, my method of working professionally is more geared to a cognitive-behavioral modality. I like to define the current issues and create methods for improving both emotional feelings and thought process, which are the creator of both positive and negative feelings. Also, I place much emphasis in understanding one's history and how important players in our lives have shaped the way we react to situations. People come to see a helping professional to improve their lives and I attempt to guide them to develop ways to make this happen.
