I am a Clinical Psychologist licensed in Missouri and New York. I am also certified to provide telehealth services in PsyPact affiliated states. I provide psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, children and families who are experiencing mood, anxiety, and emotion regulation difficulties. I also work with parents/guardians of youth with emotion regulation difficulties, anxiety and disruptive behaviors. I strive to develop warm, genuine, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationships. Throughout my career I have gained intensive training and experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including CBT for mood and anxiety disorders, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Parent Management Training (PMT) for families, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. I am also intensively trained to provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adults and adolescents (DBT-A). Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches in my work. In addition to my private practice, I am a Voluntary Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Washington University School of Medicine and a Pediatric Psychologist at Saint Louis Children’s Hospital where I teach and provide clinical consultation to psychology trainees and provide clinical services to High Risk patients with Diabetes. Before moving to Saint Louis, I was the Director of Child and Adolescent Services and the Adolescent DBT program at CBT/ DBT Associates in Manhattan. Additionally, I was voluntary faculty for psychiatry residency and fellowships at NYU/ Bellevue Hospital and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, New York.
