I am a child and adolescent psychologist in Minneapolis, MN with experience providing care in integrated primary care, outpatient mental health, schools, and community settings. I work collaboratively with patients and their care team to help patients and their support system understand the presenting concerns in order to develop a treatment plan that leads to proactive problem solving and adaptive coping strategies. My goal as a provider is to help children achieve their best in school, at home, and in life. Working together as a team is the best way to accomplish this goal for children to thrive!
I received my doctor of philosophy (PhD) from Indiana University-Bloomington in School Psychology and completed my doctoral internship in Behavioral and Pediatric Psychology at Kennedy Krieger Institute/ Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD and my postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology at Allina Health in Minneapolis, MN. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and previously practiced as a school psychologist and district administrator who oversaw special education services for elementary schools and district wide early childhood programming. Additionally during my time as a school psychologist, I worked collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions and supports for children. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, dog, and friends, cheering on my Indiana Hoosiers, enjoying the Twin Cities, and traveling. I look forward to being part of your amazing care team! Together we will help your child do amazing things!
