I’m a licensed psychologist who provides online therapy to college students, young professionals, and women navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and major life transitions. I specialize in helping people who may look like they have everything together on the outside but feel overwhelmed by overthinking, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep everything under control. I have particular experience treating OCD and anxiety, including intrusive thoughts, reassurance seeking, and perfectionism, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also work with women navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum anxiety and OCD, and the emotional transition into motherhood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged or needing to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck and develop tools to help you feel more confident, flexible, and in control of your life. I provide therapy entirely online and am authorized to practice through PSYPACT in participating states. I work with clients throughout Florida and other PSYPACT-participating states.
