Born in NY, raised in LA. Have been a psychologist for over 40 years, working in VA, University Counseling Centers, Community Mental Health and Psychiatry Dept. at Med School. Full-time private practice for 16 years and part-time for 40. Have training and experience in Reproductive Health Psychology, Sports and Athletic Performance (was a personal trainer for 22 years). Primary orientation is CBT but use many strategies and methods from other models.
