With over 18+ years of professional experience, I have helped clients navigate through life's challenges both professional and personal. Even though I have been trained in multiple therapeutic approaches (psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based approaches, and interpersonal/relational), my approach to therapy is integrative. This approach enables me to engage all theoretical orientations/interventions uniquely tailored to the needs of each of my clients. My goal is to help my clients develop greater psychological flexibility, which is an essential skill for coping with life's various challenges. I have served in senior administrative positions ( Associate Director) at Johns Hopkins University and Bentley University. Additionally I have taught graduate level psychology classes at Johns Hopkins as well as served as a geriatric consultant. I have also provided supervision to early career psychologists and advanced doctoral interns. I am currently in private practice in the Boston MA area
