My clients prefer a solution-focused, time-sensitive approach to psychotherapy which prioritizes evidenced-based treatment. I also offer consultation on leadership, communication, and mental health in the work setting. I completed my training at the University of Connecticut, Hartford Hospital, and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and serve as a Disaster Mental Health Lead for the American Red Cross, Veteran Outreach Lead for the Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic, and on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach.
