Practice is currently closed to weekly therapy patients but open for supervision, coaching (parenting, adoption, health, career), and pre-adoption psychological evaluations. Making the decision to start therapy is not an easy one. Let's work together to identify what is getting in your way of living the life you want to live. Whether the issues have to do with your mood (e.g., anxiety, depression), the behavior of people around you (e.g., substance use/abuse, young adults who won't leave the nest, bosses who are hard to work for), your relationships (e.g., with your spouse or children), or perhaps the legacy of growing up in a difficult household (e.g., abusive, alcoholic, neglectful), we will identify the barriers and make a plan for how you can be your best self. I also have specific experience working with those affected by adoption, infertility, career choice, religious identity, and gender and sexual identity.
