Do you struggle with depression, anxiety, or the effects of trauma and not know where to start? My practice is dedicated to helping individuals to gain clearer insight to themselves, their struggles, and their goals, and to make changes that can cascade to multiple areas of their lives. With advanced training in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches, I specialize in working with individuals suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment, life transitions, burnout, relationship difficulties, insomnia, chronic pain and other chronic conditions. Whatever life difficulties you are navigating, my approach is to adapt treatment to meet each person’s concerns. My first priority is to cultivate a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment so you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and doing the difficult work of healing. I use Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, and Acceptance-based approaches, all of which are shown to be effective for a wide-range of concerns. I also offer specialized treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia and Chronic Pain. I know how difficult it can be to take that first step in seeking help. Thus, if you are not sure if therapy is right for you, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, as well as a free initial session should you decide not to continue with therapy. If you are brave enough to show up and do the work of therapy, you will benefit. Visit www.cascadeclarity.com
