Dr. Willems is a US-trained and licensed psychologist (NY 020480, CA 30594, MD 05175, MA 5000288) and member of the American Psychological Association. Prior to pursuing her doctoral degree in clinical psychology, she received a Master's degree in Intercultural Relations and a bachelor's degree in Sociology. As a behavioral scientists, she became fascinated by how cultural background can contribute to individual development. Currently, she provides psychotherapy to adolescents and adults virtually, in-person in Massachusetts, US; and Mexico City, Mexico. Therapies offered: EMDR, psychodynamic, and CBT. She offers several psychoeducational courses and group therapy sessions according to interest. She also provides psychological evaluations to children and adults.
