I consider myself to be a seasoned generalist and I enjoy working with people presenting with a broad range of psychological concerns. Some of my areas of interest and specialty include Sexuality and Gender, Identity Development, Mindfulness, and Spirituality. I am passionate about helping families through family therapy where I try to facilitate healing and gaining a better understanding of family dynamics. My approach is inclusive and queer-affirming. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Berkeley and my B.A in Psychology from Boston University. I completed my clinical fellowship at Stanford University, and my pre-doctoral internship at Boston University. Some of my previous faculty distinctions include: Supervising Psychologist at the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons Child Psychiatry Department, Faculty at Emory University, and Supervising Psychologist at The George Washington University. I also conducted clinical research as a Research Associate at Cornell University Medical College in New York City. Compassion starts with yourself. It would be an honor to help you learn to treat yourself better.
