I am a clinical psychologist with a post-doctoral fellowship in group psychotherapy. I work with adults doing individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. My areas of specialization include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, work-life balance, life transitions (including career transitions), eating disorders, self-destructive behaviors, addictions, loneliness, and relationships (broadly defined).
My background is eclectic and I engage in listening and getting to know my clients as individuals in order to create a working alliance that is productive for them. More specifically, I merge my training and experience in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, and existential theory and practice to an approach designed to benefit those seeking help from me.
