As a clinical and sport psychologist, I help athletes and performers achieve their best by overcoming the barriers that get in the way: performance anxiety, perfectionism, injury rehabilitation to name a few. I use a mindfulness approach (ACT; MAC) to develop poise under pressure. As a Fellow and Certified Mental Performance Coach through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, I also develop mental toughness with athletes and teams, teaching them to be better and more consistent than their opponents in remaining determined, confident, focused and in control under pressure.
