Dr. Kelley received her PsyD from Loyola University in Maryland and received pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training at St. Luke Insitute in Silver Spring, MD. She is Board Certified in Assessment Psychology and Certified in Therapeutic Assessment with Adults. She has a private practice where she works with adults who suffer from a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, PTSD, and other trauma-related disorders. She is a kind and compassionate clinician who believes in a strength-based approach to healing.
