Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, licensed to practice in California since 1973. Board-Certified Diplomate-Fellow in Forensic Psychological Sciences (ICPP) since 2001. I have practiced forensic psychology exclusively for the past 27 years including evaluations for mental competency, insanity, mental health diversion, LPS conservatorship, sexual offender risk assessment, violent offender risk assessment, and consultation with criminal defense and prosecution attorneys. I have qualified and testified in numerous Superior Courts and the United States District Courts.
