As a licensed psychologist, I provide individual psychotherapy and couples therapy for adults. In my 22 years of clinical practice, I have helped people with a wide range of life problems, including depression and anxiety, relationship and family strain, affairs and infidelity, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, anger and impulse control problems, chronic and terminal illness, religious and spiritual issues, gender and identity concerns, low self-esteem, and coping with life transitions. My clients describe my clinical style as authentic, compassionate, and collaborative. My highest priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and culturally-affirming space to help you reach your treatment goals. I use evidence-based psychological therapies that include cognitive-behavioral interventions, mindfulness and acceptance practices, and relational and interpersonal approaches. We work together to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs and results in progress.
