This being human can be messy but it is in difficult times that substantial personal growth can occur. I never lose sight of the personal story. My personal and professional ethics place utmost importance on the value of each person's dignity. You can expect to be treated with respect and free from judgment and discrimination. Whether individually or as a couple, I would be honored to offer my assistance in a non-judgmental manner.
I am particularly interested in applying the knowledge of psychology through directly helping clients. Psychotherapy is not merely for the purpose of addressing pain and suffering (although that often occurs). It is in the processing of pain that growth can occur in which we discover our deeper, truer selves. The pain, challenges, “mistakes,” losses, and “illnesses” such as depression, are encounters with our SELF and opportunities for growth and development.
