Dr. Cates is the Director of Behavioral Health at Nebraska Medicine and the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He specializes in Child Clinical Psychology and treats children, adolescents and their families suffering from disruptive behavior disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, Tourette’s disorder, mood disorders and anxiety disorders. Dr. Cates is also the Behavioral Health Consultant to the Nebraska Medicine Biocontainment Unit and the National Quarantine Center.
