I also provide state of the art therapy for anxiety and depression, personality disorders and other psychological difficulties. With more than a decade of experience in the delivery of trauma-focused therapy for survivors of rape, childhood sexual/physical abuse, domestic violence, warzone or refugee trauma, and other serious accidents or injuries, my straightforward and honest approach will help you make progress as quickly as you are able. Using specialized and individually-tailored techniques including Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Mindfulness-Based therapies, and Exposure Therapy, together we will work to help you overcome your past experiences and get your life back on track.
