Clint Campbell is a doctoral graduate of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which is an applied discipline known as workplace psychology. I/O Psychology is the study of human behavior as it pertains to work, and the complex processes of motivation and leadership. There are many specializations within the American Psychological Association - and each operates within its own division. I/O Psychology is administered within APA Division 14, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, (www.SIOP.org) Clinton honorably retired following a successful career in the public safety sector. Positions held also include sworn peace officer, certified critical incident stress management, (CISM) professional, classroom lecturer, offender management coordinator, workplace investigator, criminal investigator, child forensic interviewer, parent resource educator for adoptive and foster parents, and State board member. Clint provides one on one business and professional leadership coaching services, and provides a variety of services related to professional development. In addition, he works with businesses to evaluate practices, processes, and cultures within their organizations to improve performance, employee wellness, engagement, and retention. Services also include operational evaluation and process improvement direction. Individual and group leadership mentoring, social & skills development, workplace coaching, and conflict resolution.
