Welcome. I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing psychotherapy in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2004. In 2022 I expanded my practice and licensure to provide services in Forth Worth, Texas. I have over 20 years of experience helping adults with a wide range of mental health problems, in a medical center and in private practice.
I currently work exclusively with adults but my career began as a child and family specialist. My work is informed by psychodynamic training and education in childhood development and is combined with my practical and tailored application of family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness interventions.
The therapy I practice is founded on creating a place for you to think freely, honestly and without judgment about the challenges you are facing. Together we can find clarity and meaning about what is hurting you and consider the opportunities for change. I will approach your concerns and needs thoughtfully, with humility and hope.
