The decision to begin psychotherapy can be a life-changing one. I approach my practice with this in mind. I work with each person collaboratively to address immediate as well as long-standing issues and concerns with a focus on understanding underlying causes. My goal is to enhance each individuals inherent capacity for growth, development and self-awareness. I have specialized post-graduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. I work with adults and adolescents.
