Dr. Christopher Cooper holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Louisiana State University. He graduated with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Southeastern State University and a B.S. from Tulane University. Dr. Cooper has presented and published multiple articles in peer reviewed journals and is a recognized scholar and researcher. He is also a licensed psychologist who specializes and is an expert in neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults with - Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Intellectual Disability, Learning Disability and Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Dr. Christopher Cooper also performs psychoeducational testing for special education services for IEHPs and testing accommodations for the SAT, GRE, LSAT, and MCAT. Moreover, Dr. Cooper is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the National Register of Health Service Psychologists (NRHSP). Dr. Cooper conducts assessments using best practices and empirically designed instruments in order to provide feedback and recommendations. He has extensive experience in collaborating with developmental centers and residential and community group homes, and utilizes a collaborative, empowering and dynamic approach with children, adolescents, adults and their families to meet their needs.
