Dr. Reilly, began her career in nursing and then specialized in psychiatric nursing. She switched disciplines to clinical psychology to specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy. She was a tenured professor at the University of Delaware and has published and lectured extensively on the application of cognitive therapy across disciplines. Dr. Reilly maintains an active private practice in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
