I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Virginia. I completed my B.S. in Psychology, M.A. in Community Counseling, and her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from West Virginia University. I have had clinical experiences in several college counseling centers, student health, in addition to adolescent inpatient and residential hospital settings. My research interests are in the areas of grief, suicide loss, and depression. The foundations of my work is based on the development of a collaborative therapeutic relationship with an appreciation for diversity. I integrates a variety of approaches including emotion-focused, CBT, interpersonal process, and psychodynamic interventions to tailor the therapeutic process to the needs of each client. I work with teens and adults.
