Hello, I'm Dr. Carrie (Adams) Murphy. I have spent 20 years helping families to address their children's behavioral, learning, and pediatric health challenges. I use evidence-based behavioral and cognitive-behavioral interventions from a pediatric healthcare perspective, which aims to promote your child's overall health and development through research-supported methods that teach positive behaviors. Progress monitoring is utilized to ensure that we are working toward your goals for your child and family. I am certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and am a master trainer and provider of Helping our Toddlers Developing our Children's Skills (HOT DOCS). I am currently providing services utilizing telehealth (video) sessions to families located anywhere in Virginia or Florida. I typically work with families with children between the ages of 18 months to 12 years old. Services provided include both the parent/caregiver and their child. I aim to help you improve your child's positive behaviors and mood while decreasing the stress experienced by both you and your child.
