Life can knock you down and leave you feeling overwhelmed and not sure which way is up. I view therapy as a collaboration between you and I, working together to achieve the goals you would like to accomplish, rediscover your strengths, and develop better, healthier ways of coping and interacting with others. Sometimes we just need to be reminded of what we already know within us to make it through and find hope among the ashes and restore balance in our lives. Approaches I use: client-centered combined with CBT, reality therapy, solution focused, mindfulness. Approved psychologist supervisor. Sometimes life is hard, but you CAN find hope after the storms of life leave you feeling defeated and discouraged. You are not defeated, and you don't have to live that way. We can do this together and chart a course toward feeling better and living life on your terms, finding your balance again. Up from the ashes, hope will arise.
