I received my master’s and doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine and completed an APA accredited internship at Kaiser Permanente concentrating in Neuropsychological Assessment and Health Psychology. During my Advanced Clinical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai, I specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Treatments for depression and anxiety.​ I'm currently licensed in both California and New York and am a National Register Health Service Psychologist. ​ I have worked extensively with those within the entertainment, legal, health care, social services and education fields who have faced a wide range of concerns including life transitions, loss, stress, burnout, career demands, personal growth, creative blocks, relationship issues, medical diagnoses, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By offering a supportive and empowering environment that nurtures a compassionate self-awareness, I collaborate with you to create a personalized approach designed to build upon strengths and promote resilience. MINDFULNESS: I have had a personal practice for over 20 years and have been incorporating mindfulness into my work for well over a decade. I enjoy offering mindfulness and wellness training in a variety of settings. I completed the yearlong UCLA Certification in Mindfulness Facilitation at MARC UCLA, Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and am an Affiliate UCLA MARC MAPs instructor. Additionally, I completed the Practicum in Mindfulness Based Stress Management at the University of Pennsylvania and Mindful Schools Educator Essentials and am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher - Professional Level (CMT-P) by the International Mindfulness Teacher's Association. COACHING: I completed a Positive Psychology and Well-Being Coaching Certification and training as a Health and Wellness Coach through the College of Executive Coaching and am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.
