Hello! Taking the first step to find a therapist is a meaningful and courageous move toward creating positive change in your life. If you are here, you may be navigating challenges such as relationship or family concerns, life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression. Deciding to seek therapy often reflects a deep level of self-awareness and strength—even when the process of finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming.
Much of my experience as a psychologist has been working with individuals facing these kinds of concerns. In therapy, I take a collaborative, multi-modal approach that focuses on the whole person—not just symptoms. I strive to create a supportive and engaging space using thoughtful questioning, empathetic listening, and occasional humor to better understand you and the experiences you bring to therapy.
From this foundation, I tailor interventions to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Health Psychology, and mindfulness-based techniques. I am a Board-Certified, New Jersey–licensed Clinical Psychologist and am able to provide telepsychology services to clients in any of the 43 PSYPACT participating states. I also offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to help determine whether we may be a good fit.
