I'm a licensed clinical psychologist who has been counseling people in crisis since 2000. It has always been my goal to help people reach their full potential, recognizing that so many of us have been held back by beliefs about ourselves that simply aren't true, or emotional patterns that keep us stuck in a rut personally, professionally, relationally. I have always been deliberate in my life to be curious about other people and cultures, to explore the wide range of human experiences through art, religion, literature, and philosophy. I am a psychologist by trade, but at heart, I am a person who believes in the potential of all human beings to love, create, and thrive given the opportunity. I am certified in EMDR and often am able to help people who have not been able to achieve the results they were hoping for with previous therapies.
