I have successfully worked in the field of mental health for over 15 years. I believe that there is no health without mental health and that it takes courage for a person to face and transcend emotional pain and stressors. I take an active role in the therapy process, validating the person's experience, exploring difficulties, providing psycho-education, and suggesting therapy assignments that lead to improved relationships, better emotional control, and effective coping strategies.
