I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Greensboro, N.C. offering psychological services as well as education and career consulting. I have a general psychology practice helping individuals, couples, and families with adjustment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship difficulties, divorce, workplace challenges, and autism spectrum disorder live more productive and fulfilling lives. I also offer parent coaching for a variety of issues, as well as divorce coaching to help individuals process the complexity of emotions that come with divorce. I have 25 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy. My clinical training and experience have enabled me to find the best fit therapeutic approaches for each client to understand, cope, manage, and overcome their struggles. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, confidential setting. My clinical experience includes a variety of settings including schools, universities, private practice, group practice, and corporate mental health, with ages 5-75. In my practice as a psychologist, I use a client-centered approach, including a bio/psycho/social model, trauma-informed care, and cultural competency. In addition to my 25 years of clinical psychology training and experience, I have worked in other professional roles, including Adjunct Faculty Member/Executive Coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, coaching executives to become more self-aware and effective in the workplace with conflict and communication. I also work as an Independent Educational Consultant, Career Consultant, Executive Coach, I/O Psychologist, and Advanced Certified Autism Specialist.
