Dr. Ashley Rudnick, Psy.D., DBSM is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based outside Chicago with board certification in Behavioral Sleep Medicine. She completed her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) in 2012 at Roosevelt University and developed her specialization in Sleep Psychology in 2014 during her postdoctoral fellowship. Dr. Rudnick spent 6 years practicing at another suburban sleep center in the Chicago area before joining Hinsdale Sleep Center at Drs. Girgis and Associates, S.C., in 2020. She provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and other evidence-based, non-pharmacological treatments for sleep disturbances including circadian rhythm disorders, hypersomnia/narcolepsy, nightmares, CPAP-related anxiety, and adjustment difficulties in patients with sleep apnea. In addition to offering face-to-face Behavioral Sleep Medicine services for all age groups, Dr. Rudnick is certified to deliver virtual/telehealth sessions to patients in over 20 states (where PSYPACT legislation has been enacted to date).
