> From our relationships and experiences, we have all developed a story about about who we are, who we should be, and the ways in which we hold value. These deep-seeded stories and beliefs impact nearly every facet of our lives and keep us hidden. It is my belief that through therapy and assessment services, we can rewrite these stories, embrace our worth, and begin to feel true connection and belonging. > My therapeutic approach has foundations in psychodynamic, attachment, and family systems theories. I work collaboratively, as a partner, while you explore your history, process your pain, and experience reconnection with yourself and others. > I also offer psychological assessments to clarify diagnoses and treatment recommendations for you or your child. Assessment helps us better understand how one thinks, learns, and experiences their world. In understanding your unique strengths and weaknesses, we can figure out how to best support success across settings. For children, a psychological assessment may be provided to the school to initiate an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan that supports your child through access to necessary accommodations in that setting.
