Dr. Doss received her undergraduate in Psychology and UAP, her MA and PhD in School Psychology at SFASU, and holds a Master's Certification in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has worked in a public school since 2019 as a school psychologist, working with students from a variety of different backgrounds to identify eligibility for special education, providing mental health support through counseling and consultation, served on the crisis response team, and supported teams in systems change. She currently works as the Critical Response & Wellness Coordinator for the public school district and supports mental health professionals, administrators, healthcare workers, and teachers/staff. She leads the crisis response team, works with administration on developing policies and procedures in responding to crises situations, and supports wellness initiatives and preventative measures to improve the mental health of staff, students, and families/community.
