Many people go about their daily routine feeling stressed, anxious, empty, distracted, or unfulfilled, not realizing that change is possible. Our clinical psychologist, Andria Doyle, collaborates with clients to create realizable life goals and work toward enhancing the many interdependent aspects of life: emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and social. With degrees from Bowling Green State University and West Virginia University, and a residency at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, Andria has more than 15 years of professional experience in the mental health field. Her practice focuses on helping people engage the body to heal the mind, while utilizing the mind to find ease in the body. Techniques like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, mindful meditation, and guided imagery assist in establishing balance in our lives and propel us from healing to health.
