We are skilled in performing court-ordered and independent evaluations of Competency to Stand Trial, Mental Status at the Time of the Offense, Sentencing Mitigation, and Diagnostic/Psychological Assessment. We primarily bill through the supreme court of Virginia for court-ordered evaluations and could be privately retained/paid for mitigation or psychological assessments to aid in varying legal strategies including parents involved in custody cases/social services involved. We do not take any form of insurance for evaluations. For a Telehealth forensic evaluation, the defendant would need to be on bond and have access to phone/laptop with high speed internet access.
