My clients are trying to cope with anxiety and stress, trauma, depression, interpersonal challenges, and various performance pressures. They seek a comfortable space where they can unpack and sort racing feelings and ideas, where they know that they will have someone who listens to them. In addition, some of my clients seek to learn specific skills, such as how to calm themselves when feeling agitated, how to improve their sleep, how to regain their motivation, or how to communicate more effectively with others. I help clients facing extraordinary pressures, including high achievement standards, traumatic memories, chronic pain, grief, identity change, and major life transitions. I have worked extensively with business professionals, scientists, Veterans, and students in higher education. Healing occurs through insight, trust, coping skills, and balanced thoughts. I work with individual adults. I am able to provide teletherapy to clients in Ohio and Wisconsin. Due to a potential conflict of interest, I am unable to work with students enrolled at Case Western Reserve University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, The Cleveland Institute of Art, the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, and the Lerner College of Medicine. In addition to serving as a therapist in Ohio, I am also a Training Director. I coordinate a training program to prepare graduate students, who are studying to become therapist in the fields of psychology, social work, and clinical counseling. I believe in a healthy mind, continuous learning, and personal healing. I would like to share this with you.
