Welcome. Choosing a therapist can be stressul, and I hope to make it less so. My style is warm and interactive with a sense of humor. I work mostly with adults and teens, focusing on life transitions like applying to college, becoming a parent and navigating menopause. I integrate evidence-based methods from psychodynamic theory and attachment theory with emotion regulation skills like DBT. I am board certified in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) and certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) by Postpartum Support International. I also have a post-doctoral degree in clinical psychopharmacology, and I am happy to collaborate with other people in your treatment team as needed.
