Together we will identify obstacles and tools to navigate them to improve your quality of life. My focus includes your individual experiences as well as the impact of discrimination, racism, sexism, ableism, heteronormativity, restriction of opportunities, and economic injustice. I am a licensed psychologist in New York, California, and Florida and have been in practice for 20 years. My doctorate in clinical psychology is from The Wright Institute in Berkeley. I have internship training from Mills College in Oakland CA and post-doctoral from Kaiser Permanente Psychiatry in Richmond, CA. I believe that people and their struggles are diverse and complex, which is why I prefer an integrative approach to therapy designed to account for the fact that there is no standard, one-size-fits-all method.
