My practice serves children (6+), teens and adults for evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, grief, attention deficit, learning disorders, behavioral issues, self-esteem and other adjustment problems. I have over 18 years of post-license clinical experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessment to children, teens and adults presenting with various emotional, learning, social, behavioral, developmental and neurological challenges. My experience includes working in community mental health, psychiatric inpatient, corporate, college/university, private practice and day treatment settings.
Most of us have felt stressed, depressed, stuck or anxious at various times throughout our lives. But when issues or feelings persist, it can be debilitating and prevent you from effectively functioning in daily life. Sometimes by simply adjusting the lens of your internal camera, a new clarity prevails, opening the door to positive change. I can give you the tools and support to shift your view to a more positive perspective and create change. Let’s work together to explore your strengths, gain clarity, develop strategies and get you on a path that brings relief and resolution.
