Hello, I have practiced as a Clinical Psychologist for the past 23 years. I have extensive training and experience working with adults of all ages (from college students to senior citizens). Clients have experienced a variety of mental health issues (including depression, anxiety, physical health issues, and grief/loss).
My approach to therapy is to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic and supportive environment where the client can discuss issues and work towards his or her treatment goals. Treatment is tailored to the individual and can include cognitive-behavioral and/or insight oriented approaches.
